What is F.R.U.A?
Far Rockaway Under Attack as of
January of 2011 is a online news show of GWETV (God's Water Entertainment
Television) dedicated to the struggle for justice for the displaced
tenants of housing projects such as Ocean By Apartments formerly known
as Edgemere Houses. We at F.R.U.A. are not under any illusion and
are aware that crime, violence and greed within multiple levels of
society have all played key roles in the ongoing saga and has contributed
to the conditions that have forced many good tenants on to the streets
or worse.
The founder of
F.R.U.A. Philip Muhammad is a former resident and is working towards
helping to bring light to the many horrid and true stories that exist
within the 30 buildings and 10 block radius of this infamous Public
Housing Project.
